Giving the Animals Their Second Chance

Since opening in 2021, our shelter has helped hundreds of animals that had no other place to go. As Alpena's ONLY private no-kill shelter, we rely on our fundraising efforts and the support of animal lovers like YOU to continue our work. This year alone, we have helped almost 200 dogs & cats; hosted low-cost cat neuter clinics & acted as a resource for residents of Alpena and surrounding communities. We receive no assistance from the City of Alpena or the County - so please help us continue to give the homeless & abandoned animals the second chance they deserve.
